I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to the Telecommunication Technology Committee (TTC) on its 40th anniversary on behalf of the Malaysian Technical Standards Forum Bhd (MTSFB). This significant milestone stands as a testament to TTC’s visionary leadership, steadfast commitment, and the exceptional dedication of its team in shaping the telecommunication landscape both regionally and globally. Over the past four decades, TTC has played a pivotal role in driving global standardization efforts, contributing extensively to the development of internationally recognized telecom standards.Its influence has extended far beyond Japan’s borders, fostering innovation and connectivity through active participation in global forums and setting benchmarks that many nations, including Malaysia, benefit from today.
Our strategic relationship began in 2011 with the signing of the first Memorandum of Understanding, which catalyzed bilateral cooperation in technical standard development, training, and joint projects. Through shared knowledge, study visits, and coordinated efforts with key industry players and regulators, this partnership laid a strong foundation for meaningful progress. In 2023, we reaffirmed our collaboration with a renewed MoU that further reinforces our shared vision for the future of the communications and multimedia industry. This milestone reflects our commitment to mutual growth, digital transformation, and global innovation.
As TTC celebrates four decades of excellence, MTSFB is proud to stand alongside a partner whose contributions continue to shape the global standards ecosystem. We remain committed to advancing our collaboration and exploring new areas of research, innovation, and impact for the benefit of the broader international community.
