I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the Telecommunication Technology Committee (TTC) on the occasion of its 40th anniversary.
Over the past four decades, TTC has played a leading role in advancing ICT standardization in Japan and has made remarkable contributions to industrial ahead development through its steadfast commitment to standards.
TTC and TTA have shared a long-standing and trusted partnership, working closely through international initiatives such as CJK, GSC, 3GPP, and oneM2M. These collaborative efforts have laid a strong foundation for the advancement of global ICT standards. The renewal of our Memorandum of Understanding last year—35 years after its initial signing—and the launch of our joint capacity-building program marked a significant milestone in our partnership. I deeply appreciate TTC’s trust and cooperation throughout this meaningful journey.
Looking, I hope our two organizations will further deepen collaboration in global digital standardization, capacity building, and mutual personnel exchanges. We also look forward to contributing together to bridging the standardization gap in the Asia-Pacific region.
With our shared vision and continued commitment, I am confident that our organizations will continue to shape the future of ICT standardization together.

TTCの設立40周年にあたり、心よりお祝い申し上げます。この40年間、TTCは日本におけるICT標準化の分野で主導的な役割を果たし、標準化への揺るぎない取り組みを通じて産業の発展に大きく貢献してきました。TTCとTTAは、CJK、GSC、3GPP、oneM2Mといった国際的な枠組みを通じて、長年にわたる信頼に基づくパートナーシップを築き、緊密に連携してまいりました。これらの協力は、グローバルなICT標準の発展における強固な基盤を築くものとなっています。
昨年、最初の覚書締結から35年を経ての更新と、共同での能力開発プログラムの開始は、私たちのパートナーシップにおける重要な節目となりました。この有意義な取り組みにおけるTTCの信頼とご協力に深く感謝申し上げます。
今後は、グローバルなデジタル標準化、能力開発、人材交流のさらなる深化を通じて、両機関の協力関係をさらに発展させていけることを期待しております。また、アジア太平洋地域における標準化ギャップの解消にも、共に貢献してまいりたいと考えております。共通のビジョンと継続的なコミットメントのもと、私たち両組織がICT標準化の未来を共に形づくっていけると確信しております。
改めまして、TTCの素晴らしい40周年を心からお祝い申し上げます。「継続は力なり」という日本のことわざにあるように、この強固なパートナーシップを、今後も共通の目的と協力のもとで未来へとつなげてまいりましょう。
