Your unwavering commitment to excellence has significantly advanced telecommunications in Japan and worldwide.
As a leading incorporated association in Japan, TTC has played a pivotal role in the development, dissemination, and promotion of ICT standards. Its commitment to standardizing information and communication networks has contributed immensely to a safer, more efficient and interconnected digital society. Since its establishment in 1985 following the enactment of the Telecommunication Business Act, TTC has been a driving force in enhancing telecommunications through research, innovation and industry collaboration.
TSDSI and TTC share a strong partnership in global standardization, particularly within the 3GPP framework. Our collaboration has been instrumental in developing next-generation technologies that power communication networks worldwide. By aligning efforts, sharing expertise, and contributing to globally relevant mobile telecommunication standards, we have strengthened the foundation for a more connected and technologically advanced future. We deeply value our partnership and look forward to further strengthening our collaboration in the years ahead.

TSDSIを代表し、TTCの設立40周年という素晴らしい節目を迎えられたことに、心よりお祝い申し上げます。TTCの揺るぎない卓越性への取り組みは、日本国内のみならず、世界の電気通信の発展に大きく貢献してきました。
TTCは、日本における主要な一般社団法人として、ICT標準の策定・普及・推進において極めて重要な役割を果たしてきました。情報通信ネットワークの標準化に向けた継続的な取り組みは、より安全で効率的、そしてつながりのあるデジタル社会の構築に大きく寄与しています。1985年の電気通信事業法の施行に伴う設立以来、TTCは研究・技術革新・産業界との連携を通じて、電気通信の進展を牽引してきました。
TSDSIとTTCは、特に3GPPの枠組みを通じ、グローバルな標準化において強固な協力関係を築いています。この協力関係は、世界中の通信ネットワークを支える次世代技術の開発において重要な役割を果たしてきました。取り組みの方向性を合わせ、知見を共有し、グローバルに有用な移動体通信標準に貢献することで、より繋がりのある先進的な未来の基盤を強化してきました。私たちはこの協力関係を非常に大切にしており、今後さらに連携を深めていけることを楽しみにしております。
