The documentation system of the Telecommunication Technology Committee (TTC) shall be in accordance with the following:
1. Concept of documentation system
The documentation system of TTC shall be established based on the concept as given below:
- That the system shall be one enabling the degree of defining technical specifications to be clearly identified;
- That the system can timely cope with additions and revisions to specifications; and,
- That the system can adapt itself to the documentation systems of other overseas standardization organizations and forums.

3. Principles for Procedure
| (1) | The procedure for developing these documents must be transparent and open,and able to cope with requests flexibly and timely. |
| (2) | These documents shall precisely and adequately be made public |
4. Procedure for Establishment
The practical procedures for establishment, etc., of these documents shall separately be determined by the Chairman of Technical Assembly.
