Decision-Making Process up to Hoding an Extraordinary Session of Technical Assembly

Decided by Chairman of Technical Assembly

Holding an extraordinary session of Technical Assembly shall be decided through the process as given in the following flow chart based on Article 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Technical Assembly.

1. Pursuant to Subparagraph 1, Paragraph 1 of Article 4

(1) Request of one-third or more of members

2. Pursuant to Subparagraph 2, Paragraph 1 of Article 4

*1 Notification of holding an extraordinary session of Technical Assembly shall be sent at least one week in advance.
