(Purpose)

Article 1.

The purpose of these Rules is to provide for the matters relevant to the entrance fee and the membership fee of the Telecommunication Technology Committee (hereinafter referred to as "TTC" in Article 3) in conformity with the provisions of Article 6, Paragraph 3 and Article 7, Paragraph 2 of the Articles of Association of the Telecommunication Technology Committee.

(Unit System)

Article 2.

The entrance fee and the membership fee shall be on an unit basis.

(Duty of Payment)

Article 3.

1. A person or entity that is to become a member of TTC (hereinafter referred to as "an applicant" in the following Article) shall pay an entrance fee of one unit or more unless otherwise approved by the Board of Directors.

2. A member shall pay a membership fee of one unit or more unless otherwise approved by the Board of Directors.

(Amounts of Entrance Fee)

Article 4.

The amounts of an entrance fee of one unit shall, according to the type of membership which an applicant desires to obtain, be as follows:

(1)	Full member :	400,000 yen
(2)	Supporting member that is a corporation or any other organization :	200,000 yen
(3)	Supporting member who is an individual :	10,000 yen

(Types and Amounts of Membership Fee)

Article 5.

The types and annual amounts of an entrance fee of one unit shall be as follows; provided, however, that a membership fee does not need to be paid for the year for which an entrance fee has been paid:

(1)	Full member :	400,000 yen
(2)	Supporting member (corporation or any other organization) :	200,000 yen
(3)	Supporting member (individual) :	10,000 yen

(Time of Payment of Membership Fee)

Article 6.

A member shall pay its membership fee within the first quarter every year.

(Method of Payment of Entrance Fee and Membership Fee)

Article 7.

An entrance fee and a membership fee shall be transferred to the bank designated by the President separately herefrom.

(Delegation to President)

Article 8.

Matters necessary for the implementation of these Rules not provided for herein shall be prescribed by the President separately herefrom.

SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISION

These Rules shall take effect on December 2, 1985.

SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISION

These Rules shall take effect on April 1, 1994; provided, however, that for the period from April 1, 1994 through March 31, 1995, they shall apply by replacing "400,000 yen" and "200,000 yen" in Article 4 with "350,000 yen" and "150,000 yen" respectively, and "400,000 yen" and "200,000 yen" in Article 5 with "350,000 yen" and "150,000 yen" respectively.
